The terms herein are in addition to and complement the Privacy Policy as found online at www.touchcare.kr. DNX processes personal data of EU residents in accordance with the EU GDPR, details of which can be found in the aforementioned online Privacy Policy.
DNX Co. Ltd. understands the importance of personal information of the customers using our service and strives to comply with Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and Personal Information Protection Act. DNX collects and uses customer’s personal information as below to provide more various services.
0. General Provisions
The term "personal information" means information relating to a living individual that makes it possible to identify the individual by his/her full name, resident registration number, etc. (including information which, if not by itself, makes it possible to identify any specific individual if combined with other information).

The company collects customer’s personal information specified as below when the customer signs up the membership for the first time or uses the service, and I (the customer) agree to the collection and use of my personal information as below, and provision and reading of such information by DNX Co. Ltd. in accordance with Article 15 (1) 1, Article 17 (1) 1, and Article 24 (1) 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act., and in accordance with the provisions of the EU GDPR if applicable.

I (the customer) am fully aware that the mentioned personal information items are the minimum information necessary to conclude and implement the contract and are the personally identifiable information that can be processed only with my consent, and I have been informed of the following details and consent to the collection and use of such information.
